Continuous section break pages for ipad? Can't comment on existing unanswered thread

same as previous post in June this year with no responses - is anyone listening?

i have the same problem that a section break also creates a new page. I want to be able to have a section with one column of text, then a section break for two columns, then a further break to return to one column.

I know there is a work round using tables or text boxes but this is clunky. By the way, this is a function of MS Word and has been for as long as I can remember.
