I got my iPhone 16 128gb variant around 1 week back and ever since then whenever I charge the phone it gets extremely hot in the initial 30 minutes. It's literally hot to the point I can't use my phone while charging. Is this normal or a known issue with the new iPhone ?

My lphone 16 pro max picked up from Ape store with charging cord and runs hot while charging. If it is the case that I am using a USB-C Power Adapter that was included with my iPhone 12 pro max then Apple should not have played us cheap by not including an updated USB-C Power Adapter with our updated phone.
How is this helpful for the heating issue ?
