How can I sync my Voice Memos from my iPhone on my computer?

hello, i recantly read a forem on this site tha says if you conect your devise to your computer than open itunes than click on your device logo than go to file sharing you can get your voice memos on your computer, however it dose not have memo on it and i have it on under itunes in my phone. sorry for the bad spelling i try my best
