The HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer is listed as a supported printer in About AirPrint - Apple Support.

How are you using this printer with the iPad and the iPhone? Via a stationary Wi-Fi router at home? Via a portable Wi-Fi router while travelling? Or possibly through some kind of direct Wi-Fi connection? AirPrint should work without additional apps (Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support). Are any extra apps from the printer manufacturer or another source involved?

Often, when one device is working and another one not (when using a Wi-Fi router), a full power-cycle sequence may be worth testing: Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the iPad and iPhone, and all other devices/computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the iPad and iPhone, and all other devices/computers.
