I accidentally deleted an iMessage conversation on my iPhone. I was able to restore it, but now it is gone from my MacBook Air, which is on Monterey and it is not able to upgrade. My iMessages are backed up to iCloud on all my devices, but I can't figure out how to restore this conversation on my MacBook Air.

iCloud does not backup messages, it syncs messages across your devices. You may need to forward the messages to yourself. Or, see if the next message in the conversation syncs the messages to yourself back to your Mac.
