I've been having issues for a few months with OS Monterey rebooting randomly and out of a couple of days ago it would not completely boot up. Created a boot up external drive to get back into the hard drive. Couldn't work out why a new system install kept failing at the last few minutes and then found this file deep within multiple folders which size was 3.83 EB, info states it is a .jpg.

I just need a way now to actually delete it off the drive so I can try to reinstall system software...
