Audio sounds different after updating to iOS 18

I don’t know how to explain this but ever since I updated to IOS 18 my audio on some apps sound a bit echoey, I open a video game and it sounds like the audio is being played inside a bathroom if that makes sense. The only way I can get around it is by screen recording but I don’t want to keep doing that everytime I open a different game.
