iTunes music does not appear in iMovie. Have reset iMovie preferences to no avail. Music library is resident on my Mac and contains downloaded, purchased and ripped CDs. Music is not stored in iCloud. iTunes music has always shown up in iMovie until recently. MacBook Pro (M1) running Sequoia 15.1
