4 HomePods with Apple TV

Good Morning.

Will Apple come out with a small software update allowing to pair 2 HomePods as left speakers and 2 HomePods as right speakers. Then I would like to connect the 4 speakers to my Apple TV, to create a semi surround sound for my TV room.

Connecting HomePods to Apple TV 4K while playing video through HDMI to projector I own an Apple TV 4K and was wondering whether it is possible to connect it through HDMI cable to a projector while connecting the Apple TV to a couple of HomePods through Airplay. Could you please tell me whether this set-up would work and not generate lag between audio and video? many thanks

Pairing 2 Homepods Using my HD Apple TV, can I pair two of the new HomePods for stereo or do I need the Apple TV 4K to achieve that?
