Shared playlist

I successfully shared a playlist with a friend through Apple Music. She can listen to it, and I can see that she has joined it. The issue is that she has added songs to the playlist, but I cannot see the new songs she has added. Why? What do we need to do so I can see the songs she has added to our playlist?

I can see all 1700+ songs on all my shared devices and on devices belonging to my family sharing members. However, when sharing a link to other people outside of that, they can only see 300 songs from my playlist. The same thing occurs when I share the playlist with my followers on Apple music.
