I want to cancel my Apple Credit card immediately.
I was charged for a service I did not request and was told the charge was not visible on the September bill yet it is on my copy of the bill.

A purchase that is made will show as Pending until the charge is finalized, which usually takes a couple of days. It will show on your device, but others may not be able view it until it is finalized. You also won't be able to pay a charge that still shows pending on your phone. It is just a placeholder until it has been posted.
