Recovering lost voice memos from Apple Watch after iPhone upgrade

I recently upgraded to a new iPhone and paired my Apple Watch with it after unpairing from the old one. During the process, the Apple Watch updated to the latest watch OS, and I lost recent voice memos that were not backed up. How can I recover or restore these lost voice memos? My previous phone was iPhone X, and currently, I'm using iPhone 13 Pro Max. My Apple Watch is series 5.
