LEARNING TO USE NUMBERS

I've just produced my very first spreadsheet and want to print it in landscape. Printing in portrait causes it to run over onto another sheet. I've discovered how to reduce the size of the table to fit the within the narrow width of a sheet in portrait but it is far too small to read comfortably. How do I convert the from portrait to landscape? Probably very easy when you know how, but I'm lacking know how. Can you help educate me please?
