My sons phone keeps on saying “your Apple ID cannot be used to create accounts for other apps” his under parental control, what does this mean? How do I get round this?

his 13 but when we set up the phone we incorrectly set it up as 12 😞. Someone told me it is a security step that you can’t get round. It just a game app that all his mates have. “Amongst us”
