An orange dot persistently appears even after disabling all apps under the Microphone privacy settings

I'm experiencing a strange issue with my iPhone 13 Pro Max running on iOS 18. Even after I disable all apps in Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone, an orange dot still appears in my iPhone status bar. This indicates that an app is accessing my microphone, but I can't figure out which one.

I've tried restarting my phone and checking for software updates, but the orange dot persists. I'm concerned that this might be a bug or a security issue.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help!
