Change Photos BACK!

The simplest things are now impossible after Sequoia. How about something *really* complicated, like, I don't know, viewing the entire Library? Going into it from another app, all I see are "Days," and they don't accurately represent my use of the app on those days. Multiple other non-intuitive changes just annoy. Please make it easy again.

what happened to the menu in photos app My Photos menu is suddenly different when I open it. There is no more Library at the top of the menu. The top item is Memories, then People, then Places (and then others). At the top of the app there used to be Days, Months, Years to help one get to a specific date easily. No more. Now it just shows how many photos and videos I have. None of these menu items are helpful to me, as I just want to sort by date and get to a photo easily by date. What happened and how do I change it back?

iOS 18 Photos app rearrangement and camera roll issue Ever since iOS18’s “big changes” to the Photos app I’ve found it super frustrating to be able to find the items I’m looking for. When I take a screenshot or download a WhatsApp photo I want it to be right there at the end of my camera roll just like it always was - now it’s squirreled away in some hidden folder of a folder (organised all by itself - it probably has some sense to it but from PoV it’s pretty random!) Some of the changes, like introducing grouped Albums etc are helpful I guess, but is there *any* way I can change settings somewhere to go back to having a simplified camera roll? Please?! Photos app has become essentially unusable after an update After the new update (which happened overnight since I generally think updates are good for security), the Photos app has become essentially unusable! What happened to all the folders I organized my pictures into. Is there any way I can undo the update so I can find photos I need to access? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Are all your pictures not shown in the main window? I've been surprised by some things not being shown in Recently Saved (and I'm still not sure what's what,) but it looks to me like all the pictures are there in that first window and up.
