Can't change screensaver after apple tv os 18 update

Just that. All the options that were available in tv os 17 are gone now, only Aerial available. Does that mean I HAVE to use my own photos or Aerial for screensavers? Before the options to use their landscape, nature, etc pics was available. Now they are all missing.

Apple TV 4K screensaver no longer has option for how often the image changes. I used to be able to choose a classic style and set how often the image changes. Now I can't seem to find this option, and the images change way to fast. I want it to work like a picture frame, where it cycles through my photos, but it stays on them long enough to actually look at them. Please bring this option back.

How to set one photo as your Apple TV screensaver There are several old questions about this with no solution. Here's what worked for me after randomly trying different screen saver transitions. ATV is my shared album containing one image. Remainder of my settings: Screen Saver > Memories & Slideshows > Your Photos > Albums > ATV Transition > Style > Classic > Wipe When I scroll back up and hit preview, the image remains static on the screen, with zero transition. Same after pausing a program for 2 minutes: the image displays continually with no transition. I hope this works for others.

Does tvOS 16.2 solve Apple TV photo screensaver not showing all photos? Apple TV photo screensaver does not show all photos in tvOS 16. I haven't updated to TVOS 16.2. I won't update unless the problem with the photo album on the Screensaver has been solved. does anyone know?

The build-in stock photo options of previous tvOS versions seem gone at this time in v18.0.

You may send your comments about that to Apple directly: Feedback - Apple TV - Apple. While it seems intentional, possibly enough user feedback may have them reconsider.
