Caller ID not visible after iOS 18 Update in iPhone 14 Plus

Elevate this higher with your carrier's technical support. This isn't an iPhone issue. Your carrier controls this completely. They are just being lazy, which is often the case with carriers.

Caller ID is a carrier provided feature. Contact your carrier for help with that.

Have elevated it three times already with carrier in the last week with technical support. Checked carrier firmware , carrier checked settings on account , apple checked settings in phone.

Then I don't know what to suggest. Apple doesn't control carrier provided features. Caller ID is a carrier provided feature.
