iPod 4th gen touch can't restore.

I recently bought a iPod 4th gen touch from a website, I tried restoring it but when I do it after it disappears from my computer, I tried everything, unplugging it, my computer is updated. tried new ports, tried restarting the iPod and my computer but it wont work, I own a MacBook Air 2020 by the way, help please

iPod Touch 4th Gen Recovery Problems So I wanted to restore a 4th Gen iPod touch and I keep getting the same error "This iPod was previously in DFU mode, but restarted and is no longer in DFU mode. To restore this iPod from DFU mode, disconnect it and place it in DFU mode again." I had seen that someone else had this same problem ITunes says iPod isn't in DFU mode. - Apple Community, But he didn't get anything useful, so I am hoping someone has any useful information. I had been restoring it as one of my siblings used it before I got a phone, I had done that too, and I wanted it back, so they got a phone and I got this back, and so it was being restored like normal and then I don't know what happened but it led to me having this DFU mode problem, even when I put the iPod in DFU mode it didn't work. PLEASE HELP!

I click update and restore, but when I do it just kicks me out for no reason. help me please! I need to use this ipod
