There is something very simple to do in numbers on mac. Click on a cell. Hold. The cell pop and you can drag it to a new location.
But when I am on the web app "iCloud numbers", this does not work at all. The user interface changes. No more little yellow dot when you select a cell. Nothing happen when you click-hold a cell. Any ideas?

Expecting a web app to behave the same as a native Mac app is perhaps unrealistic.
You can, however, select a cell, command-c to copy or command-x to cut, then select a destination cell and command-v to paste.
That will achieve the same effect.
