iTunes iCloud sync not working, cassettes onto ITunes

So my grandma had recorded books onto cassettes back in the day and I had put them onto my laptop a while ago and when I was checking them out 2 of the songs (chapters) out of 15 had the cloud and greyed out. Says I need to go onto my laptop to sync them but then they are the only greyed out ones on my laptop as well and just trying to figure out how to get them to play without having to go through the process of re recording all of them back onto my laptop.
