Was so easy previously, now it doesn’t seem it has the option at all, even the slideshow apps available to download. You need to pay to do it, just a long winded way now for something that already worked fine.

You can create a sideshow on the photos app.. but it’s terrible, can’t adjust anything, timing etc. You are also forced to listen to awful music unless you mute it completely, so if you have videos as well as pictures, it’s absolutely useless!

In the slideshows you can’t hear the sound in the videos anymore and they are cut. The music overrides all. So mad and disappointed. Can’t make slideshows anymore. I should never have updated my iPad and iPhone at the same time. The iPad with iOS 17 made perfect slideshows that I could save. Now iOS 18 has removed that feature. We pay for expensive phones and they remove features we previously had Never expected this. Really disappointed

you can select any album to view, then select movie and edit is using the three dots (…) in the upper right
