What can I delete or move from iMovie folders?

I am shuffling documents and media between my MacBook Pro (Monterey) and my iCloud space. My iCloud is FULL so I need to store more on to the hard drive. It looks like iMovie is in the Cloud...but I really only need the finished projects on the cloud as I do the work on the laptop anyway. And there are a lot of copies and versions. Someone please help me sort and clean this up? I attached shots to help

If I make a project, movie etc.. what "files" are "created"?

• I am finding movie projects scattered all over between multiple "iMovie" folders. Can we condense any of this?
• What is/are Motion Templates?
• What is the theater vs the library?

Is iMovie on the hard drive AND the cloud?

• I have no issues accessing finished projects so far...I have my own finished and original media folders. But if I delete these other folders...what do I need to copy or drag into the HD to make sure everything still viable?
