How to update my iPhone X iOS version?

To update your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Software Update and update to your latest iOS 16.7.10.

Your iPhone X has reached the end of its software updates support for the latest iOS operating system.

You are also invited to visit your nearest Apple Store or Apple Store Online to check out the latest iPhone models.

You can update an iPhone X to the latest release of iOS 16. You cannot update it to iOS 17 or higher.

An iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, or iPhone X isn't capable of 17 or above; they require an A12 or better CPU. To install 16.7.10, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.
