CarPlay issues with iPhone 16 Pro

I connected my phone via the usual way Bluetooth and also attempted to connect via cable and still have the same issues.

The sound is all tinny and cuts out after about 2/3 mins. Already been on the phone to Apple who went through the basic troubleshooting but still is continuously doing it.
