ever since Sequoia 15.0, i cant send text messages to android phones from Messages desktop app

ever since I installed Sequoia 15.0, now i cant send text messages to android phones from Messages desktop app. it gives me an error saying undelivered. but i didnt change anything when I updated to 15.0. My phone shows that my text messages are being forwarded to my laptop and desktop computer. so why cant i send texts any more to android users from my Messages app on my desktop?

I'm having the same issue, with just one new android phone. If I hit sends as SMS on my iPhone it goes, but that option isn't available on Mac or iPad. I checked and do have the text forwarding on as previously suggested, rebooted, etc etc.
