We have an employee that was issued a work phone and put his appleID on it. He has since been let go, apple ID was removed from the phone and phone was reset. He is sending text messages from his old work number though. How is he able to do this?
iPhone 14
iMessage is likely tied to his old work number. He will have to remove it.
