Yesterday, I updated my iMac with Sequoia 15.0 OS. When I now try to share a GarageBand file to Music, I get the following error message: "Couldn't communicate with a helper application." See attached. What does this message refer to?

Weird. Two suggestions:
Try re-starting in Safe Mode
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
Drag GB to the trash - Don't empty the trash if you might want it back - and re-install GB from the app store.

I tried both of your suggestions: restarted in Safe Mode & reinstalled GarageBand, but the error message persists.
I'd never seen the message, "Couldn't communicate with a helper application" before. I suspect this may be happening due to a bug in the new Sequoia OS?

I don't know. It could be a bug in GB that is revealed in Sequoia.
