The browser on my spouses computer sometimes mirrors websites im using. (nothing unsavory) I use chrome, she uses safari. I have a macbook air, she uses a macbook pro. same home network. Any thoughts how to stop this?

MacBook Air, macOS 14.5

Even if you were not, I don't know how this would be possible since you are not using the same browser. Some services offer syncing which is independent of iCloud, but I am only familiar with them doing this for the same browser. I know almost nothing about Chrome and if there is some possibility of cross-browser syncing of visited pages. Then that would have to be possible on the Safari end too which makes it even more unlikely that is the situation. Mind you, I haven't used Safari in a couple of years either since Apple only supports it for current OS versions.
