How can I fix stuttering audio on my iPhone?

So I’ve noticed that when I’m listening to either Spotify or Apple Music, when I turn my screen off my IPhone 13 just stutters for around 0.5 seconds and then plays the song with a higher volume for another 0.5 seconds. After that it continues normally. I’ve restarted my phone three times because obviously the problem comes from my phone and not from one of the apps. Yet it still doesn’t work sadly. The microphones all work perfectly fine though. It’s not urgent, it’s simply very annoying. My IPhone 13 still has 78GB of storage left and battery health is at 100%. I’m thinking the issue might be because I moved to IOS 18.0 like 3 days ago.
