I have tickets in my stub hub account. They will not transfer to my apple wallet. Stub Hub says it is because it is a moving code. And I will be able to enter the venue by showing the tickets in their moving application on the website. Has anyone else been in this situation? Were you able to enter ?

Have you updated the app to the latest version? They just released a new version 7 hours ago.
Having same issue not being able to add stubhub tickets to apple wallet, there’s no prompt visible to do so.

Adding tickets to Apple Wallet is controlled by the issuer (StubHub). If the issuer supports the feature, they’re added via a link/button on their website, mobile app or a link or QR code in an email or text.
Apple cannot add tickets or do they control the tickets once added.
I suspect the issue is that Wallet does not support dynamic QR codes, which a lot of ticketing companies use now as a security measure to stop fraud.
