Sleep tracking glitch

Why does this show all types of sleep at the same time. I wasn’t even sleeping at the time. It also happens if I fall asleep again after waking. It has happened several times.

Sleep tracking just says Asleep while sleeping in. I slept in this morning. After turning off the alarm, it just shows the status of Asleep. Did I do something wrong, or is this normal behavior?

Sleep tracking - always showing exactly 9:30 in bed since November 22, 2022 Ever since Nov 22nd I've noticed the time in bed shown under sleep tracking is always exactly 9:30, and always the exact same start/end time (9:30pm-7am). Even better, sometimes the time shown sleeping is before or after the time in bed. I've tried rebooting the phone and watch, but hasn't helped at all. Both are on the latest OS version, and the start of it isn't timed to an update on either. Anyone have any suggestions on what to try next?

Combined sleep data in Health App A few weeks ago when reviewing my sleep data I noticed that towards the end of my time asleep, instead of listing separate blocks of data for REM, Core and Deep sleep, it combined them all into one block. Has anyone else experienced this and/or know why this happens? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
