Stop Siri from suggesting check-ins on iPhone

Siri keeps suggesting that I start a check in with someone that I share my location with. It’s always when I’m driving home from work. I have turned off all, and I mean all, Siri everything in every app that I have (settings > Siri > selected each app and turned it all off). I’ve turned everything for Siri off under the Siri section in the settings.

I don’t want to stop sharing my location with this person for safety reasons. Please tell me how to turn it off or Apple change your settings!
