Import Apple Music playlist to itunes
I have an old iPad mini which only runs iTunes. Can I import an Apple Music playlist to iTunes on my PC?

If you have the Apple Music app installed on your computer then iTunes only functions for audiobooks and podcasts. You are supposed to install the Apple Devices app to manage syncing content to your device.
