I’ve called the bank and they say everything is fine with the card however every time I try to add to wallet it says card is invalid. This happened when I recently purchased a new iPhone 15. I already logged out my apple account from my old phone but still not working.

An invalid card is usually a card not activated by the bank and/or Payment Network Operator (Mastercard, Visa, etc.). In some instances there is a place on the bank’s website and/or mobile app that disables using the card in Apple Wallet.
The bank may need to open a support ticket with the PNO to provision the card for Apple Pay.
