iOS 18 iCloud deleting family iCloud on others phones

I updated my phone to iOS 18 and I have a family iCloud plan. For some reason multiple people are contacting me saying that my wife, who is on my iCloud plan, her contact information is now gone from their phone and replaced with a duplicate entry of my contact information. Is this happening to anyone else?
