Help Figuring Out COUNTIFS - I am trying to break down the work I've done yearly...
I want to break down the amount of work done for each year on another sheet... but I can't figure out the equation for it, I am assuming it's COUNTIFS - as I want to use the Publisher and the Release Date year to feed this page.
Any ideas? I know there are PivotTables but I've not been able to get what I need out of those.

What have you tried with Pivot Tables? Here is what I get:
I find that much easier than COUNTIFS. (And if you don't like the format you can easily copy-paste from the Pivot Table into a "regular" table and format there).
If you must use COUNTIFS then you can consider adding a Year column to the data table and use the YEAR function to convert the full Release date to a year.
