My iPhone 11's Face ID has stopped working since I got the update. It just says "Face ID has been disables" and I also can't force restart. I also tried to clean the cameras and everything and still got the same message.

I've been having similar issues with Face ID crashing out for no apparent rhyme or reason, however for some reason my situation is fortunate in that I am able to hard restart my phone and, even more perplexingly, restored on its own the first time after a couple of hours without a restart because I was worried about getting locked out.
Just to make sure, you are using the button press sequence in quick succession of volume up, volume down, and holding home until the Apple logo appears, correct?
