When using my studio display and in-built camera, even with a Windows device, and having a Teams call, my face is extremely red. The same happens if I attach my Mac.
MS support says it is an Apple issue. Apple support says it’s an MS issue!
there are no adjustments available with the display. There must be an issue with Apple/Teams up as I have seen threads where people have this issue just using a Mac.
Open Photo Booth and see if you are still red. If you are then it is the camera/display. If it is not then it is the app causing the redness.
It’s a Studio Display using a windows device.

Not sure how well the Studio Display works with a Windows PC. The drivers may be different.
