Apple Watch Ultra 1 can’t play music from speaker

Yes this is stupid i have a Ultra 1 and it cant play music on the built in speaker using apple music but it can if you use the youtube watch app so if it was a limitation set by the hardware its nonsense because then the youtube app would not be able to play music using the speaker. Can apple please explain why this is or is this one of those please buy a newer apple watch thing ?

I guess, since only the series 10 and Ultra 2 can play music through the speaker, this is related to the newer S9 and S10 SiP chipset of these models. The first Ultra only has the S8 SiP chipset built in.

to a physical apple store and asking other customers there advice, debating here what limitation are sense and which are nonsense will add little to your situation
