Yesterday i updated to sequoia and found that all dictionaries are missing except Wikipedia. I didn't have a backup, which i regretted now. What should I do?

Are the missing Dictionaries checked in Dictionary > Settings?:
things get stranger. sometimes they are present and I can tick them, but the rest of the time they are simply missing. idk why
even stranger, it works fine now. Probably the school network is restricted, and my home network is fine.
