Can’t turn screen time off

I can’t turn it off because there is no button there to press to turn off screen time. I read somewhere that it means someone has put it on my iPhone. I am 41yr old and this is my only device. I checked on my account page and only my device is listed and Family Sharing just has set up written next to it. I have noticed that the option to share across devices is there and sometimes is toggled on. I am worried. On screen time the only buttons there is are share across devices and set up screen time with family. I do not want to factory reset my iPhone so is there anything I can do?
