Apple Business Connect Won't Update my business address information

Hello, I have reported this issues a number of times and my report requests are just constantly denied. I moved my business and while my business on apple's business connect desktop browser page shows all the information is correct, when I click on the "View Live Place Card" option, all of my information is incorrect, has my old address and my map location is at the old address. I have spoken on the phone with Apple Business Connect and even talked to apparently the most senior person and they told me they cannot help with this issue. At a loss at to what I can do now and customers are being told that my business is permanently closed on apple maps. Any suggestions?
