Airdrop from Macbook to iPhone not working but iPhone to Macbook works

Both device Airdrop setting are set to 'Everyone'. Bluetooth is on for both devices. Both devices connected to the same WiFi LAN.


This has happened several times. I always forget the steps to solve it.


Turn off Bluetooth and turn back on for both devices solves the issue for me.
