Updating to IOS 18 makes hotspot unreachable

Hi, I currently have a base iPhone 15, and I just updated to ios 18. I regularly connect a samsung note 20 to my hotspot from my iPhone, but after updating it no longer connects. It says IP address not found when trying to connect on my samsung, and I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Report the issue to your phone carrier, hotspot is their feature.

I guess, like me, the OP uses the personal hotspot feature which is not or barely usable after updating to iOS 18.

I for myself have constant disconnects on my Windows 11 laptop every 10 seconds, quite annoying.

Same thing for my Dell. Laptop was connecting with my hotspot fine, but not since the iOS18 update?! Has anyone seen a solution coming from apple yet? Very disappointing experience
