Macbook Retina 12, Won't boot past screen I've never seen before.
Any ideas how to get past this?

The picture is trying to say connect a mouse. It would appear that your trackpad has failed. If a force restart doesn't help, then absent any other suggestions here, you'll probably need to get your MacBook to a service center for diagnosis.
