username on itunes. I have a different username for my old itunes than the sign in for my iphone and mac. I would like them all to have same sign in. How do I change my itunes name to my new username.

It sounds like you have two Apple Accounts since a username with Apple is simply the Apple ID email address you use to sign in.
If you do indeed have two accounts, you cannot transfer purchases from one to the other. You can change hte email address used on an account but it cannot be the same for two accounts and merging is limited and does not extend to purchases which at best can be shared with Family Sharing.
