Apple Podcast - Followers not showing getting an error message

I've been able to see the number of followers before. Now it doesn't show and I get a "something went wrong". Other analytics are showing up. Not sure what to do.

Terms of Service Podcast Connect Broken I’m trying to connect my podcast, but I can’t get past the terms of service page which keeps giving me an error. I cannot contact Apple podcast support because it requires me to go past the terms of service page, which doesn’t work, before I can contact Support. I looked on the community bulletin boards and apparently this has been an issue for three years. So how do I get help when I am not allowed into the system?

Podcast “show website-this field is invalid” Trying to make my Spotify podcast available on Apple but keep getting the “we found one or more issues. •Show website-this field is invalid” message. But it won’t let me edit it. And it’s actually not invalid anyway. Maybe it wants the “https://“ in front but it won’t let me edit it anyway. I went to Spotify and edited it there but it doesn’t change it in Apple Podcasts. Any help??? Sooooo frustrating.

Persistent “Something Went Wrong” Error on Ratings & Reviews Page in Apple Podcasts Connect For over 4 weeks now, I’ve been experiencing a frustrating issue on Apple Podcasts Connect. Whenever I click on the Ratings and Reviews page, instead of displaying my podcast’s ratings and reviews from all regions (a vital feature for podcasters), the page simply shows the message “something went wrong.” I’ve reported this issue twice to Apple’s podcasting support team through the proper channels but have not received any reply, and the problem still persists. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: 1. Accessing the page on two devices: • MacBook Pro with M3 Pro chip running the latest macOS. • iPhone 16 Pro running the latest iOS. 2. Using Safari on both devices, with all privacy protections both enabled and disabled. 3. Ensuring all software is up to date. The Ratings and Reviews page worked fine on both devices prior to this issue. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any other way to view regional ratings and reviews, making this a huge inconvenience. Is anyone else encountering this problem? Does anyone have a potential solution? Apple’s lack of response has made this even more frustrating, and I’d greatly appreciate any advice or shared experiences. Thank you in advance for your help!
