LOGIC/MAINSTAGE SAMPLER HELP

I am trying to use a sampler, the normal, not quick sampler, to use specifically the gospel ensemble's Mms sound. The default is the Aahs, and I get that fine through my keyboard, but when I delete the Aahs so only the Mms are left I get nothing, even when it seems to be mapped correctly. I've tried dragging the mm group over to the keys to map them and to the mapping zone editor with the boxes, but to no avail.

I've attached a screenshot of the gospel ensemble with just the Mms. Help would be appreciated!

A similar question as well would just be 'how to switch between audio groups in the sampler?' I feel like I'm missing something silly.

Using MainStage 3.6.4 on a MacBook air 2022 m2 chip if that matters.
