How can I keep all my photos without paying for iCloud subscription?

I want to stop my 2.99€ subscription of iCloud+ 200GB, but it says that I'd have 30 days to download my photos and videos before being deleted. However my iPhone storage is 128GB, which is not sufficient to keep my whole iCloud gallery, so I desperately need to download the gallery on my Windows PC. I don't know how to do since iCloud.com just allows me to download 1,000 photos per time and it takes forever (even with a fast WiFi and PC). How am I supposed not to loose all of my photos without beeing forced by Apple to continue paying iCloud monthly or buying one of their devices?
